All site operatives have successfully renewed their CSCS cards (including CITB Health & Safety tests).

As the roadmap out of lockdown continues, we remain vigilant. Our operatives will continue to wear face masks indoors as a courtesy to you and will continue to make use of hand-washing / hand gel and aim to maintain social distancing where possible. Our operatives also continue to have weekly or bi-weekly flow testing.

October 31, 2020

As the UK goes into another lockdown, we will not be downing tools. We are continuing to work during this difficult period, employing accredited safe working procedures to UK government advice and best practices.

In keeping with revised government guidelines we are now restarting the undertaking of land and measured building surveys subject to Coronavirus risk assessment and guideline safety measures and protocols.

We are still undertaking desktop work, such as GIS mashups & remote quotes. But, unfortunately we have to extend our no-fieldwork policy (next review 7th May) following Government extention of the lockdown. yesterday. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused.

 

The no fieldwork policy follows the advice of our trade body, the TSA, to prioritise staff wellbeing above everything else & halt non-essential field work, .

All our surveyors now have Enhanced DBS certificates with Childrens Barred List checks, as required for working in schools.
